Our senior management team has over 30 years of industry experience. After identifying a deficiency within the security services industry, we created First Response in 2012 to begin delivering truly unparalleled security services.

Giving back

At First Response we are committed to having a positive impact on the environment and wider society. Hence why we have supported several community initiatives including a weekly curry kitchen for the homeless and Luton Foodbank’s annual food drive.

In addition to this we have ensured, as an organization, we reduce our carbon footprint and promote a green working environment. Many of our CSR goals are encapsulated within our annual marketing vision.

Due to the COVID19 pandemic, we were required to close our hotel temporarily. After using a very unfriendly, inflexible security company we came across Mansoor and the team at First Response Security Team and we were so glad we did. The whole team were committed, professional and reliable. They went above and beyond to ensure the safety and security of not only our building but our business. As the situation with lockdown was forever changing, First Response were very flexible in meeting our needs. I was sad to no longer require their services when the hotel reopened and would not hesitate to recommend and use them again in the future.
